The trendy à la carte Restaurant Alpenrose here at the Alpenwelt Resort is among the most attractive and also most popular restaurants in the Zillertal region. Naturally, you will find typically Alpine cuisine here - and of course, our kitchen team allows you to indulge in international dishes as well. It's the right amount of culinary cross-over that makes the luxury offerings of our four-star Alpenwelt Resort so special.

We are also known for our themed week culinary events, our fondues and raclettes, our delicious steaks and our grill specialties. In our restaurant we only cook with fresh herbs from our very own herb garden and with the best and the healthiest ingredients from around the region. The kitchen team pays great attention to ensuring that only regional products of the best quality are used as much as possible - which of course also applies to the purchase of meat. And we adhere to one golden rule when it comes to drinks as well - no cheap value label products!

Our newly designed buffet area transforms our themed cuisine evenings in the winter into an even greater experience - as does the abundance of foods in the breakfast buffet each morning, of course. Here you can enjoy a generous and filling gourmet breakfast buffet that offers everything that a gourmand could wish for in the morning. Or you can indulge in a menu of several courses, which can upon request feature gluten-free and vegetarian meals.
