Are you familiar with ski-in and ski-out? Wonderful! Then you know exactly what awaits you here: a chalet in the middle of the ski area - and yet in the middle of the village of Königsleiten. From the bed to the slopes, so to speak. And in summer? Head out on your adventure straight from the breakfast table, come back happy and exhausted in the afternoon, and retreat to the private sauna to relax for a moment. Oh yes - this is exactly the vacation you've been dreaming of.

Speaking of the breakfast table: our chalet can accommodate up to 17 people. And if you don't want to cater for your large group yourself every day, you also have the option of using our delivery service daily from 11:00 am to 9:30 pm. Of course, only if you like.
